so i am very interested in the only we remain revamp, especially the relationship between natalie and caden. is there anything else you can tell me about them??

Hey! Yes of course!! I will say that I am still early in the outline but here is the basics that I can share with you. Caden is part of the angel garrison, the same as Castiel. In fact, he and Castiel are rather close. He looks up to Castiel with great admiration and respect.

But in regards to the relationship between Natalie and Caden, it will be one of the main focuses in this story. Their relationship is an interesting one, yet very genuine. At first, it’s very awkward between them because she doesn’t know how to handle the revelation that angels are a real thing, and this one is her guardian. She kinda tests that a little bit, joking that she’s always going to get herself into trouble just to see if he’ll save her and Caden is just the epitome of #let me rest. However, as the story goes on, they become rather close. And like with Castiel, Caden starts to become more humane and develops human emotions, something that Sarah (another angel that will appear) is highly against. And she doesn’t approve of how close Caden gets with Natalie.

While this story is a sam/oc, I’m debating whether I’ll actually pair her with Caden. I don’t know. I think some people will read it and pick up on subtle hints but Caden does care very much for Natalie and they are dependent on each other in different ways. Honestly, these two are my babies and are like the main reason why I decided to revamp this story. I want to do them justice and I hope I’ll be able to!

Caden to Sarah, Chapter 9

So, from the way I am planning this all out. Chapter 10 will be the last chapter Caden will appear in. Until the next book at least. I’m gonna miss writing my precious angel babe

Chapter 5 SPOILERS

“You’ve been doing a good job with keeping yourself under the radar.” 

Caden turned, finding a young woman looking at him. Should length dark brown hair, dark green jacket and black jeans that flared at the bottom, covering her shoes which were a dirty grey color. 

“Sarah.” Caden calmly greeted. “I have to now.” Caden took a few steps towards her. “Ever since breaking out of Heaven, can’t really afford to be out in the open. Except for now, which is why I don’t have long.” 

“Well, I can tell you that they aren’t happy. They found the angels you killed and are going to start sending out others to look for you.” 

“Do they know that you helped me to get out?” 

“Not yet.” Sarah took a quick surveillance around her. “But, I have a feeling soon, they will find out.” 

“We need to try and keep it that way.” 

“You shouldn’t have went against Castiel in the first place Caden.” Sarah was quick to scold. “That was not part of the plan.” 

“Things changed Sarah.” 

“That’s right.” Her face changed into annoyance. “She came into the picture and completely changed your way of thinking.” 

“Not everything.” Caden corrected.”She and the Winchesters, they are part of the plan.” 

“The type of grip she has on you and the loyalty you show her, that’s not what we needed.” 

“I needed to get her to trust me, didn’t I?” Caden’s question made Sarah go silent. “Don’t be so quick to talk against Natalie. You know nothing about her.”

“And like you do? How do we even know that they would be able to find the tablet?” 

“The Leviathans are out from Purgatory and Seraphiel said, when they find the tablet, it will help.” Caden assured.

“And what about the other tablets? I heard Seraphiel talking about them as well.” 

“That’s not our concern right now.” Caden’s tone soon turned hard. “We have the Leviathans to worry about. We focus on that first and then we’ll worry about the rest.”
