Personality
Eagle has a very strong, aggressive, and dynamic personality. He gives off the haughty impression to most people who do not know him; however, he does come off as rude most of the time. He may also appear arrogant and relentless, only because he expresses kindness at a minimal level towards certain people. His personality can vary from stern and serious to confident and relentless. He appears most as a huge threat to his opponents, which he always proves to be true. At work, he is most serious and will dismiss people when he deems them unworthy of their positions. He was born a natural leader and enjoys getting the biggest responsibility.
The eagle exhibits a high level of strictness not only in relation to its missions but also in overseeing the entire Chained Blackbird organization. While Eagle is comfortable dealing with anybody, he is seemingly unable to maintain long-term romantic relationships with the opposite sex.
He values family above all else. He exhibits extreme paternal instincts towards the Chained Blackbird and the other people close to him. He is also confident, probably even abrasive in nature. Abilities
Power Absorption, Replication and Augmentation - Eagle has the power to steal another person's special ability and render them powerless, however this power is only limited and renders him totally weak and ill when he absorbs other people's power due to its adjustment stage in his body. The abilities Eagle absorbs can also only be re-used by him at a limited time depending on its usage. Once exhausted, it can no longer be useful nor will it return to the original wielder. Eagle is also able to replicate one's power at a time through physical contact. Unlike his absorption ability, this does not render him weak, however, he can only replicate abilities one at a time as it will become destructive for him. He can also increase/augment a person's evolved capacities however, this also renders him weak.
Sensory Paralysis and Manipulation ability to deprive the senses of oneself or others, including the neutralizing of one's sensitivity to pain or heightening the senses if he pleases, causing more pain.
Heightened Eyesight/Vision possesses very keen and superb eyesight and accuracy, its virtually unerring; trained in his youth by his descents with throwing blades, balls, bolas, and boomerangs. He now has perfect precision with any aimed gun or thrown weapon. He can hurl objects with extreme speed and accuracy, both in direct aim and complicated rebounds/interactions.
Backstory
Early life.
Born into a family of Japanese and Filipino descent, Claudé faced numerous challenges in his life. Both of his parents passed away due to the Alberta disease shortly after arriving in Canada, a deadly illness that originated from the Spanish flu virus that swept through America in the 1900s.
Claudé experienced great despair as he was an only child without any other family members to support him. He even attempted to end his life on a desolate bridge, but his efforts were unsuccessful.
Luckily, Claudé was rescued by a French and Italian couple, Julien and Marié Santini, by chance, as they happened to pass by the bridge that night. Claudé suffered severe injuries, including a broken shoulder, from his jump off the bridge. He nearly lost his chance at survival, but Julien fed his blood to save Claudé. They then took Claudé to France and helped him start a new life there.
Before he burns
Living a life completely opposite to the one he had with his biological parents, Claudé encountered several difficulties, both physically and mentally. When Julien's blood entered Claudé's system, he experienced rejection by the human immune system he still possessed while teetering between life and death. Claudé, who was 12 years old at the time, suffered seizures for three consecutive days during the journey to France. And by God's fortune, the Santini couple displayed great patience in guiding him through this transition. By the time they arrived in France, Claudé had fully transformed into a mutant. Despite this, he had to adapt to the powers bestowed upon him by Julien and it took him more than a year full of training inside the mansion of Santini.
Claudé's vitality reached its prime when he turned 18 years old. As Julien aged and Claudé, now the heir to the Santini's powers, matured, Julien's resilience declined. He had to transfer the remainder of his strength to Claudé, as failing to do so would result in rapid and premature aging, consumed by the immense power that was too great for Julien to bear alone. To prevent this, Julien bestowed his remaining powers upon Claudé, and the Santini couple decided to retire, spending the rest of their lives at their family barn in the northern coastal region of France.
Claudé managed Santini's small import-export business scattered across Western Europe while pursuing his education in art at one of the regional universities in Paris. Business competition began to be infiltrated by gangsters, causing Claudé to lose control over several territories. He followed his father's advice not to reclaim these lost territories since it might create a scene. However, the situation deteriorated further, forcing Claudé to fortify the defenses of his last remaining stronghold using his mutant powers. This resulted in 50% damage to several Arrondissements.
At the time, the French government, which still considered coexistence with mutants as a taboo, decided to exterminate the entire Santini family, starting with Julien and Marié in their barn. They were burned alive while asleep, but Claudé managed to escape this dark terror and fled to the English territory to seek out other mutants, temporarily hiding from the French government.
After he burns
Claudé found himself with limited options in life, having lost his bearings and both of his "legs" (representing his parents) in a tragic fire initiated by the French government. Claudé's life was in shambles, directionless, as he struggled to get through each day, regretting his decision to seize his territory of power, which ultimately led to the loss of his parents. However, one winter, Claudé was approached by two strangers claiming to be members of the Ouroboros; T and C. Of Ouroboros was simply an organization with the goal of enhancing humans and exploiting supernatural beings. They sought to recruit Claudé because both of Eagle's parents were former members of Ouroboros. While it might have sounded peculiar to Claudé, he made an effort to cling to the remnants of his parents' legacy. He strove his utmost to maintain his sense of being a part of the Santini family, even though his own parents were no longer present. Consequently, Claudé made the decision to join the ranks of Ouroboros and took on the role of a driver, assisting in the transportation of "cargo" there.
Claudé enjoyed his days with Of Ouroboro and slowly infiltrated every layer of the organization. He'd given many missions, usually just involving meeting the brokers and transporting T and C from one pickup point to another. Claudé worked fairly clean and fast, so within a span of 2 years, he could be considered a fairly reliable worker. Claudé's decline in activity in Of Ouroboros began when he started spending a lot of time on the road. His life became somewhat directionless and aimless because he was always on the move, going from one town to another. Along the way, he encountered a variety of people, including freelancers, hired killers, and long-term contractors. Claudé even took on a side job as a nighttime courier, delivering goods from one broker to the first-hand buyers.
Amidst his missions of delivering plutonium from a broker to the first-hand buyer, Claudé crossed paths with Raven, a man he had encountered a few times at one of the pubs where he rested. They grew into fairly good friends, and at that moment, Raven inquired about Claudé's line of work since Raven was also in need of a side job. Claudé then invited him to join Of Ouroboros, which turned out to be the organization behind the disappearance of Raven's brother's body. At first, Claudé was in a state of denial because this seemed impossible. Of Ouroboros was an organization that had been inhabited by his late parents, and indirectly, Claudé's own family had a history of criminal involvement. As for Raven, who also discovered that his new close friend was working for Of Ouroboros, felt anger and grew suspicious of Claudé; with unwavering determination to annihilate anyone who entered or worked or inhabited the circle of Of Ouroboros, no mercy was to be spared so Raven did try to kill Claudé. However, after several weeks of heated debates, fights, and the metaphorical knives drawn at each other's throats, Raven became convinced that Claudé was unaware of the many illegal and malicious activities perpetrated by Of Ouroboros in the world. In the end, Raven joined Claudé in further investigating Of Ouroboros's involvement with the Santini family. Claudé came to the realization that Of Ouroboros was indeed the one who had reported the whereabouts of Julien and Marié Santini, and had also assisted in destroying their factories.
So from that moment on, Claudé declared war against Of Ouroboros and aided Raven in their quest to find the whereabouts of Raven's brother's body.
Joining Chained Blackbird
The Chained Blackbird is an organization where Raven has taken shelter with his fellow comrades. After a few months of friendship, they have built bonds where trust is no longer an issue between them. Indeed, at their first meeting they experienced some obstacles and problems because Raven found out that Claudé was a member of Of Ouroboros, but gradually (since Claudé had also left Of Ouroboros after discovering the organization was behind the death of his adopted parents), they have come to watch over one another.
Raven invited Claudé to take shelter under the Chained Blackbird where at that time there was a leadership vacancy. Claudé joined and began taking on small missions. Gradually, due to his consistency in carrying out missions, he was appointed as the head or captain of the Chained Blackbird.
