Chainmaille inlay mazes! These are the three small tests I wanted to do before committing to bigger projects. I have three bigger ones drawn out that I'm waiting on supplies in the mail for, and a giant one that will take forever.
It's very therapeutic to take the maze of thoughts and ideas and projects in my mind and turn them into something cool. Stay tuned for bigger and more elaborate mazes!

Christmas present craft dump of all the chainmaille I made for Christmas presents! 2 squeaky cats, 2 fidget toys, and a chainmaille inlay of Link ^_^
Dragon inlay. Gonna try and turn it into a banner but this is the majority done. I might put a border around the next one to make the pattern more visible.
Remember when I said this was getting out of hand? Ya. Well. I spoke too soon. 65,000 freakin' rings!
I made some inlay size and color samples to have at conventions! Now I can give people something to touch instead of bore them with ARs and IDs. 1 & 3 (18ga 5/32" & 16ga 7/32") make a truer square. 2 & 4 (18ga 3/16" & 16ga 1/4") give it a vertical stretch but they're easier to weave. You can correct for the stretch by shrinking the height of your base image by about 25%. Resizing like that might mess up smaller images or sprites.
Done, done and done! Should I do Starlight Glimmer, too? She's been part of the main cast for a couple years, but hers might be a little complex to shrink down that small.
Chainmaille Alliance and Horde banners! I would love to make these some day, but they're 8,300 rings each. I drafted up smaller, less detailed versions but the lion looks kinda stupid. I'll post those versions if I ever finish them.
I'm really glad people told me the original head looked stupid. This one looks MUCH more like a badger.
At least I think so...
Someone was honestly confused about where the head was on this thing. Haha.
That's how you KNOW you need to redesign something.
:edit: OMG! As an afterthought, I hope nobody thinks it looks more like a raccoon. My heart would break.
