At the #challengepocono today! Such a fantastic event. Juan had a bike mechanical problem and had to drop out, I volunteered and everybody else had so much too!

At the #ChallengePocono 70.3! After a few #SummerStreets miles, Juan, keri, Dan and I drove to the #poconos. It is SO HOT! They are all racing and I am volunteering tomorrow! #dropthehammer Go #dashingwhippets Go! (at Smithfield Beach, Delaware River)
