Per il mio brindisi CHAMPAGNE “FLEUR DE L’EUROPE” NATURE – @champagne.fleury la prima cuvée biodinamica in assoluto in Champagne creata per celebrare la caduta del muro di Berlino. Non c’è nulla di prevedibile né di standardizzato in questo calice. Tante sorprese, unico originale, diverso! Nonostante i suoi 72 mesi sui lieviti il Pinot Noir resta riconoscibile nella sua croccantezza e nei profumi, e la cremosità appartiene tutta allo Chardonnay, il tutto corroborato da bollicine elegantissime e carezzevoli.
