Savart's Premier Cru Brut Champagne, L'Ouverture, is incredibly delicious. This 100% Pinot Noir has a fine persistent mousse and a pale straw complexion. The bouquet hits you with peach skin, green plum, pomegranate seed, citrus zest, white flowers, fresh limes and lavash.
