obsessivepuzzles answered: Okay, are you getting enough protein? That sounds like what happened to my aunt Kath when she tried to go vegan
Oh, uhm. I've recently been trying to avoid the things making my tummy feel all bad and stuff. That includes red meat, all sugary and too fat products. I do still eat fish and bird though..
chaotikfalls answered: I would suggest cutting off all the dead/bleached hair. Its damaged beyond repair. You need to start fresh!
I know but as said my hair is my everything, I would just cry even more if I cut it all off I think... (it's probably that damaged except those 10cm's..)
meowberrypoptart said: I use a vitamin c shampoo and conditioner. Also go on Lush’s website. They might have something to help!
There's so much on lush that I don't know what to choose ;w; especially since it's so expensive. I've tried asking friend's who use their products but they're not sure either..
lyrelei answered: Maybe it’s not about what products you use but what you eat? Maybe you should ask from some hair dresser what to do?
I'm starting to believe me trying to eat better is taking hard on my hair for some reason.. And yeah, though I suspect she'll just ask me to cut most of it off..
bubblemylicorice answered: it’s propably chemical damage, your hair needs protein asap!
Do you know some kind of product that helps to boost the protein? ;w;
Thank you all for the sweet answeres though ;w; I'll at least try and cut some off and see if I can find some kind of protein pills to cover up what I seem to be missing out because of food.
