A lot of ppl have mentioned how chapter 7 is moving too fast and that Malleus accumulating Blot in Chapter one is extremely sus along w Lilia's sudden leave however I'd wager that it's Malleus' perspective bleeding into Yuu's.
What I mean by this is Fae perception of time differs from humans as Malleus has said many of times. It feels rushed to HUMANS but to Fae it was probably a long time coming.
Not only that but there have been accounts where ppl said that passing out was more of a blink whole time they'd been out for TEN minutes. This means that 1000 years of slumber is more a blink to Malleus which is why he can say such so casually.
Silver nearly passing out holding the necklace that was hidden in Lilia's room means that its possible there is residue of smth on the necklace that probably kept him sleep and immortal—meaning Silver is probably from an old kingdom.
Not only that but we've found the sword Lilia used as a general meaning it will come in handy when it comes to defeating Malleus.
Remember when Yana said smth ab branching out this next chapter, and we see that the first years are gearing up to confront Mickey ab finding Yuu a way back home and how the realm that Mickey is in can only be accessed in dreams.
This implies 2 things.
1: That Mickey is projecting a way to help Yuu defeat blots.
2: Since Mickey is not of TWST's world that there is another realm connected to Twst that has been sealed off which is why when Malleus is looking around frantically like that and seen in an entirely different scenery it's possible he got sent to the sealed off realm.
Which is why we see Malleus looking around frantically but also in a cage of thorns of some sort.
I actually think fae as powerful as Malleus and onwards, being able to create a bounded field where they can control what comes in and what comes out, how they can change weather and the environment is extremely interesting because it could lend into why the Valley of Thorns is so isolated.
Remember when Silver had a line about Yuu and stated that he "felt like he saw them in a dream before"? And how the song that Aurora sings before meeting the prince is Once Upon a Dream with the main line being "I Know You?"
ARE U CATCHING MY DRIFT???
SILVER MIGHT BE THE KEY TO BRINGING YUU BACK HOME OR HIS UNIQUE MAGIC HAS SOMETHING TO W HIS MEMORIESSS N HOW HE DOESNT KNOW ANYTHING AB HIS PAST OR HIS PAST FAMILY.
Think about ittt
Or, he's able to delve into someone's subconscious in a way to extract memories or "knows" he exact weaknesses of a person to better exploit
Whoever came up with the theory that Crowley and Malleus have parallels step the hell up bc in the beginning of the Oveblot Animation he says something along the lines of "give me your hand" which is the first thing Crowley said to us/Yuu. And he also says smth along the lines of Prisoner as well.
And with the timeloop theory and Yana basically confirming that there might be different routes...
Sebek having two ssr's and Chap 7 dropping but stated to have a different form,,, yeah Malleus is ab to rewrite twst as a whole.
Think about it for a second, Idia was this closer to destroying the world and remaking it what do you think Malleus Draconia, the long awaited King of Briar Valley, is gonna do?
I would argue they might even combine Malleus and Grim's Overblot and bring in lore ab Silver....
(raynon) what if time was never linear in the dream world and that's how silver met Yuu?
That's what I'm thinking, also referring to my other post about the perspective of TWST and how Yuu's memories are seemingly overwritten to the point that Yuu doesn't even recognize MICHEAL THEODORE MOUSE.
[Though someone had a theory it could be alluding to the fact that Mickey, in one movie, was cursed to never be recognized unless he found his true magic...]
I'd say that when Yuu was transported to the land of TWST, their place in reality and their place in TWST's reality kinda separatd [?]... I had a theory that Yuu had two bodies, one of which was in the real world and the otherof which was in TWST making it more like Rayshifting [the novel debunks that lil theory/hc].
To explain rayshifting, in essence it's like:
"Essentially, Guda and Mash enter Coffins which do some stuff to make their existences "unknown" and thus able to make projections of themselves into any era they need to Rayshift into. So it's not exactly their soul being rayshifted, but their very existence using Spiritron Particles (stuff that's mentioned in many places in the Nasuverse). But that's dependent on the Coffins working properly to "hide" the person inside's existence from the World and observing their body's' existence, which allows them to basically defy physics and time.
That's why we need to eat and can be killed in Singularities, because our bodies in the Singularities are just as real as the ones we leave behind in the Coffins."

Basically a Shrödinger's cat sort of situation.
In essence: when Silver meets Yuu that's when Yuu's place in reality kinda splits—because dreams have become a reality and solidifies their place in TWST's reality exclusively—you can't dream of someone who was never in your life especially if your Unique Magic hinges on someone recognizing your existence in their reality.
Which is why I kinda liken it to Malleus' time-space magic. I wouldn't say it's completely like his Domain Domination but rather akin to converting someone's existence in order to bring someone there because there was a need for them [kinda like how Guda can rayshift without a coffin].
The question is why? Why would someone need Yuu that bad that they are willing to throw Yuu into a Shrödinger's cat situation?
The fact that I had a theory that Halloween 2 was a prelude to Malleus being able to control time/space and got jumped for it.
While I'm not saying everything that happened fell solely on Malleus's shoulders, to say that it was caused by the NRC protection spell breaking was a stretch I could not get behind.
