grew up really young // had to take care of his sister // his mom certainly wasn’t // knocked a girl up when he was 16 // big rip // they made it as a little family for a few years // but grew apart // as amicable as they can be in the present // works as a super for the cheap condo building he lives in // doesn’t make a lot // but free rent and doesn’t need childcare so // it works // recently found out his absentee father had a perfect little family on the side // pretty bitter // but not surprised // a little too old to care // or at least that’s what he tells himself // generally a loner but not as rough around the edges as he might seem
