Helena is the granddaughter of the old fisherman of the town, she is adventurous and brave, those traits make her grandfather lose his head.

Meet Avis! An impulsive, if not protective servant who wouldn't trust you as far as she could kick you. She has been serving Princess Naji for years and is tired of the way the people of this new country treat her lady.

Found out that ATKPLN won Addy awards for “Arli and the World of Wonderful”, the Arlington tourism short. It won gold for animation category, and also “judges choice”! Here are some Character Design Sheets I did for the short. Thanks again to my Director Barrett for having me on the project as Character Designer. It was a lot of fun to work on and loved how it turned out.

There’s a first time for everything...

...or, the OCs and stitches.

Kitty: 28, still employed at Arkham, to Jonathan because Dr. Terror over there hadn’t mastered two things: restraining patients, and getting out of the damn way when their response to his prototype fear toxin was ‘grab scalpel, attempt to stab’. It wasn’t a terrible injury, but it would have attracted unwanted attention. It could have been worse: Kitty, at that point, knew how to do stitches but hadn’t actually done it on a person. So there’s that, at least.

Dove: 26, in a shitty hotel room, to Penguin, before he was, well,THE Penguin. (He did sort of deserve it, if it helps.) It scarred horribly, but seeing as the whole thing was a blur for both parties courtesy of Park Row Moonshine, nerves, and blood loss on Oswald’s part, it went rather well. He lived, anyway.

Antoine: 18, in the jungle, to his commanding officer at the time. The situation was not ideal, but they were stranded and having to trek back to base on their own. Unfortunately, the stitches did jack and the guy died not long after. Antoine is still haunted by that experience; that’s probably something that would come up if Scarecrow nailed him with fear toxin.

@moranormoron okay but imagine a scenario where Augustus is incredibly cruel towards Seb. He doesn’t hit him or anything physical, but Seb is at his breaking point & whatever Augustus says breaks him to the point where he attempts to murder his father. Everything happens too quickly. They are in the living room. Seb only reacts, grabs the fire poker or whatever else (heavy) he finds at hand & swings at his dad, knocking him out. he is going to continue to hit the now limb body in front of him, but the one blow is enough the moment.

the anger vanished & panic replaces it, rising in his body. he calls his older self for help bc at this point is second nature & eventually Augustus wakes up in bed? Patched up? With a horrible headache but otherwise fine? & everything that happened feels like a dream/hallucination & seb never speaks about it again. Feeling a little terrified whenever he does think about it bc in his short miserable life it’s the first time ever, he feels himself being capable of murder. & at that point in life he isn’t ready to accept that reality yet. specially in relation to his father.
