A well developed software is more than just a program code. A program is an executable code, which serves some computational purposes. Software is considered to be a collection of executable programming code, associated libraries, and documentations.
The problem is, the more specific you are, the more people self-select out. And if you’re specific in the wrong ways, you’ll lose people that you’d love to have.
