A Couple Characters I've Played - "Oh Gosh, the Guilt" Edition:

A Christian teenage girl who never had any guys show interest in her until one day a senior invited her to a party and of course she'd say yes because wow a senior right? And then he pressured her into having just one drink, and then another and another and then he kissed her and after that she doesn't remember any more except a couple weeks later she found out she was pregnant and realized he essentially raped her and she was so freaking terrified and she couldn't tell her parents so in a complete panic she went and had an abortion. And then she instantly regretted it because she just ended a life and her parents would love her no matter what and if she'd just told them, if she'd just kept the baby, they would have been comforting her because she'd been raped but now she can't tell anyone because the guilt has come to define her and she still pretends to be perfect on the outside but inside everything is crumbling because she's so alone and she thinks of herself as a murderer and oh gosh, the guilt.

A teenage boy living in the world of the novel Delirium, where love is thought of as a disease. As a kid he was obsessed with superheroes and wanted to be one more than absolutely anything and wanted to save the world, and the only person who understood this was his older cousin Sheila. He loved his cousin so much so he knew love couldn't possibly be a disease. But then one day they were swimming and she drowned while he watched and he couldn't save her and he realized that he was no superhero, that he was powerless when it really counted and now he has nightmares every night and wishes he could go back and change it because he wanted so desperately to save her but he just couldn't reach her in time and oh gosh, the guilt.

A Couple Characters I've Played - "Oops" Edition:

A 35-year-old shapeshifter who got a job as a spy in what is best described as a superhero school so she could monitor the activity of the kids who would likely grow up evil; she pretended to be a high school student for four years and by her senior year she realized that she had basically become this high school student and didn't think of herself as the 35-year-old anymore and didn't want to go back to her old life. Then she accidentally fell in love with a teenager oops.

A lonely actress who spent most of her life in a shell, the most shy kid ever, and after a big fight when she was eleven her best friend turned on her and told every kid in their school that she'd never been kissed and then she was bullied for really no reason for like three years. When she finally moved schools she became a compulsive liar and became a new person by acting super outgoing because she's sure that being shy made her weak, and she told everyone that she'd been kissed lots of times and eventually became known as the school slut after announcing that she'd slept with lots of guys even though in reality she's terrified of losing her virginity. Now that she's graduated from school she's found that she has no friends left oops.
