#sold #santee 🏡🏡 This home was condemned by the City of Santee and taken from the owner due to many fines and violations that were never corrected. The story was on the news. A receivership took over the home corrected the violations updated and upgraded the home and we put it on the market. It was a longer than usual escrow as you have to get court approval , sign offs by the city and liens removed from title. Not your typical sale but we got it done. Congratulations to the new owner and also all the neighbors that no longer have an eye sore , condemned home next door. Also the owner that now should have some money in pocket.
