The year is 1985 im about 10 just bought my 1st double cassette tape (after working all summer at my moms work - mainly putting stickers on things). My mom not a very strong on the records side (a Barbra Streisand album, thank god some Brazilian music and bolero) but our house always had the radio blasting.... always on the same station - but still good. not yet into Dylan or Neil Young and (hey as weird as it is I was only 10) just a week ago I discovered Simon and Garfunkel. So.... yet again the same story as the week before - I hear on the radio a song that got my ears hooked, I run to my tape and record what ever left from that song. The next day I went to the record store (already my favorite record store as I tried a few and only here they treated me real nice and always took the time to help me - I will never forget that guy) gave him the cassette, he listened and gave me this album - which I bought in cassette format. After all this years I still love this album and some songs still make me feel real sad....
