Musical improv meets Broadway in a big way in Lights Up On..., the newest show from rising improv producing team Kiki Mikkelsen and Ali Reed at Improv Asylum. The brand new show features a Broadway star as they throw away the script and score and improvise a musical for the very first time!
Stephen DeAngelis continues his ongoing salute to Broadway and Off-Broadway Standbys, Understudies and Alternates with its next edition of AT THIS PERFORMANCE to be held on Monday, January 7th at The Green Room 42
Hosted by series Producing Artistic Director and Casting Director Stephen DeAngelis, the popular series allows performers to showcase their versatility and share anecdotes about their experiences. Performers scheduled for January 7th are Ben Bogen (Frozen), Gabi Campo (The Prom), Scott Richard Foster (Getting' the Band Back Together), Jessica Rose Futran (Fiddler Afn Dakh), Nicholas Guest (Network), Tyler Hardwick (Once on This Island), Lauren Marcus (Be More Chill) and Chase Ramsey (The Book of Mormon). Musical Director/Accompanist for the evening will be Eugene Gwozdz.

Last summer, Chase Ramsey — an actor known to tourists as the California Dream Eater, eating his way through the Golden State — landed a role in “The Book of Mormon” on Broadway.
While he is not the first actor with a direct connection to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Ramsey will be the first to take on the Elder Cunningham role with firsthand experience as a Mormon missionary. And his Broadway debut is first fully professional performance, first as a standby for the lead role.
