A dramatic hand to her mouth. “Listen..” She looked around, a hand on his thigh, “I know I fucked around with this witchy-future shit years ago for fun, but you have to trust me on this.. from one dirty alphabet member to another.. Your little girl is in trouble. I got the news last night, an old healer traveled from the US to talk to me. Only one way to change her fate.. it’s too late to make a new path.. I need 1K. And then I leave here to the mountains out east for four days.” She wiped a tear. “We can save her.”
