Counting all of Izuku’s freckles is a wonderful pastime. Kissing all his scars and giving him reassurance he’s beautiful. Poor baby struggles with believing he’s attractive, that you won’t leave him for someone better. (As if there’s someone better then him) Good thing you’re there to remind him :)

Caine is pretty much the only AI in the circus we focus on. Everyone else is human. Despite this, compared to everyone else he’s so expressive almost to the point of deformation, which is ironic because he’s not human. None of the actual humans (save for Jax on the odd occasion) have extreme facial expressions like Caine does - but why? Why give the AI more facial expression when he can never truly know what they mean or when to use them? Caine has been engineered to be the most human he can be; almost too human. His model is the only one without proper eyelids. His avatar is so separately uncanny to the rest of the cast, and yet there is something so human in the way he moves. But he can never truly cry; never truly smile knowing why other than what his code is telling him. He’s expressive to emulate the humanity he will never attain. He is the perfect character of juxtaposition. A tragic flaw that is his making, his existence. His ‘emotion’ is his downfall, because no matter how hard he tries, he will never be human. There will always be a rift between him and the cast. His humanity is what makes him inhuman.
