Ahhhh, I've had a run in with the chat ban. >.> Poof is not okay with the filter and that's what I got the message after, so I guess that's what its from? I was just talking to my friend in club chat and I can't think of anything else that might have upset it on my end. Unfortunate and a little saddening since my friend is on and I'd like to chat in game as we play, but its only ten days and I rarely use the chat, anyways, so I'll live. :/ I'm not sure how I feel about this "quick draw moderation" on a whole because of things like this, but oh well. -shrug- There's definitely plenty of things out there to be caught, so I hope this is helping the team as a whole.
It might have had something to do with the amount of messages, too. We were discussing horses, so I was getting a bit excited and talking a lot, but I wasn't repeating things. Dunno.
Anyways. Gonna run the pony champ. XD
Why Chat Moderation Is Non-Negotiable in Today’s Business World
In a fast-paced digital environment where live chat, social messaging, and customer forums dominate communication, businesses can't afford to overlook Chat Moderation. Without it, your brand risks falling prey to spam, offensive comments, and misinformation. Chat moderation protects your online spaces from becoming chaotic, unprofessional, or even legally risky. From filtering out hate speech to ensuring customer support stays focused, chat moderation is a modern must-have—not a luxury. Businesses that prioritize it build trust, protect their reputation, and create welcoming spaces that encourage customer engagement.
