Lifting her foot onto another branch, she pushed herself up onto one of the more sturdy branches and sat down, taking a second to look down at the person who called out to her. Esme giggled as she looked down at him, shrugging her shoulders. “I just wanted to climb the tree, honestly. I’ve never done it before, but I guess I’m good at it.”
