Rory's eyes flickered with a mix of determination and doubt as she gazed at their latest IKEA project. Glancing over at her best friend, Jules, she couldn't help but let out an incredulous laugh. "I don't know, Jules," she said, her voice laced with both humor and uncertainty. "Do you think we can actually tackle this?" A quick glance at the pile of pieces and instructions was all it took for her to realize that this project would definitely require some serious brain power. @juliettexmaddox

Waving off the last of her students, Rory smiles seeing her best friend Juliette walks up to her. “Hey! Just on time.” Aurora says with a smile as she hugs her friend real quick. “Just let me grab my bag and lock my classroom, and we can be on our way to the mall.” she goes back inside to her classroom and comes out a minute later and locks the front door. “Alright, ready for some fun?” She asked with a smile. @tfjuliettem​

Broken Chaos || Open

It had been a couple days before she ventured out to see what damage had been done. No necessarily to the city, but to those that lived within the limits. Many had lost their lives, some their supernatural strength, and those their minds. She had the pleasure to watch the horror unfold on the screen and couldn’t only fathom what she would be like if she had been thrown into the arena. 

She was leaving the liquor store when she opened the door and felt it hit a body. “Oh, shit, I’m sorry.” She was too lost in her thoughts to even pick up a scent.

Well.

That's... Not blue. At all. {Serena bends down a bit so she's closer to their beaker, adjusting her goggles.} In fact, that's a very murky, dark green. {Red heels clicking, she stands with a sigh and looks to her friend-slash-lab-partner.} You may have realized already, but I'm pretty sure we screwed this up. {She announces to Jules with a frown and a nod, sighing and looking back at the liquid they'd produced with multiple chemicals.} That didn't go well.

{She really had no idea what she was doing, did she? It was nearly two in the morning. Not only did she not have a plan, she had no excusable reason for being here. After all, she couldn't say her real reason. Serena looks at the weapon laying on the table -- one large rifle. Along with that, she had two handguns and a knife on her hips. And as for a plan... She lacked one. Sighing heavily, Serena looks over her papers once again, then just pinches the bridge of her nose.}
