So in lieu of Thanksgiving coming up, what do you say the plan is? I know we’ve sorta been all over the place with it all and you know how that goes. I know Amore made a turkey hand thing in daycare, which is pretty cool. Do you think we should just invite people over and make a bunch of food if anyone wants to stop by?

Mmm, so it looks like we have a quiet night to ourselves. The babies are asleep and the fireplace is nice and warm. Can you believe it’s almost Christmas? Pretty amazing, huh? I’ve got to say... I’m pretty excited to have our first married Christmas together. I’m almost done packing. I think I’m pretty good for now, so let’s just watch the show and enjoy some grown-up time, yeah? By the way: I love you.

Can you believe it’s already November? How much would you hate me if I grew out my beard for that Mowvember thing? Or maybe not. I’ll be heading to L.A. soon and I need to shave and I probably will need another haircut soon. How are things going setting up the restaurant?

It’s a boy! It’s a boy! Can you believe it? It’s a boy! Now we gotta start thinking up boy names. I figured this should be easy but holy heck, I don’t know where to start. But I just got off the phone with my parents and they’re overjoyed. My brother’s excited because Connor will have a playmate just like Amore and Rosie are... I think we did a good job. Can I say that? Or does that sound egotistical because we made a baby boy? Stop me if I’m rambling, I’ve had like three cups of coffee today. I’m surprised my head hasn’t exploded yet...

I think I like the beach more than I possibly should. It’s way too gorgeous out here and I’m sort of obsessed with shaved ice. The place across from our hotel is pretty amazing. I’m so glad it’s not as crazy here as Waikiki would be, though. Want to run with me into the ocean?

So I’m definitely all about the beach but I think I’m leaking salt water at this point. Also, I’m hungry. How do you like Hawaii? And our resort? It’s beautiful... and so relaxing. I’ve always wanted to come here. That and I haven’t had this fresh a pineapple in a while. It’s like a mix between San Francisco and being back in the Philippines. Have I mentioned that I’m hungry? Because I think I smell some barbecue over on the other block...
