These Cheese Ball Bites are the best Christmas party appetizers you can make ahead of time. They have a crunchy pretzel crust, creamy cheeses, and savory seasonings.
Ingredients: 8 oz cream cheese, softened. 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded. 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled. 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped. 1/4 cup dried cranberries, finely chopped. 1/4 cup pecans, finely chopped. 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 cup pretzel crisps or crackers, crushed for coating.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, blue cheese, green onions, dried cranberries, pecans, fresh parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to firm it up for easier handling. Remove the mixture from the refrigerator and scoop out small portions to form bite-sized balls. Roll each ball in the crushed pretzel crisps or crackers to coat evenly. Place the coated cheese balls on a tray or plate and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until they are firm. Serve the Cheese Ball Bites as a delightful make-ahead Christmas party appetizer.
