Enjoy the ultimate cheese lover's treat with this burger recipe. It has three kinds of cheese, a special sauce, and all the usual burger toppings that make your mouth water.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. 4 slices of Swiss cheese. 4 slices of American cheese. 1/2 cup diced onions. 1/2 cup sliced pickles. 1/4 cup ketchup. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 tablespoon yellow mustard. Salt and pepper to taste. Lettuce and tomato for garnish.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Shape the ground beef into 4 burger patties that are all the same size. Add salt and pepper to each patty. Put the burger patties on the grill and cook them for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them. Add a slice of cheddar, Swiss, or American cheese to each patty in the last minute of cooking and let it melt. Before you start cooking the burgers, toast the buns on the grill until they are just barely brown. Put the ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard in a small bowl and mix them together to make a unique sauce. Put a lettuce leaf and a tomato slice on the bottom half of each bun before putting the burgers together. On top of the lettuce and tomato, put a cheese-covered patty. Then, add a spoonful of diced onions and sliced pickles. Put the sweet sauce on the top half of the bun and then put it on top of the burger. Enjoy while hot!
