Ingredients: 2 cups cooked ham, diced. 4 cups potatoes, peeled and diced. 1 cup onion, finely chopped. 1 cup celery, diced. 1 cup carrots, sliced. 3 cups chicken broth. 1/2 cup unsalted butter. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour. 4 cups milk. 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded.
