This is a set of pans that have been used extensively. The tin linings are totally new and are ready for many more meals to cook. They have proud copper rivets that are big and robust and the handles are solid bronze and have no play at all.
This is a quality set of pans that will outlast all of us.
These are beautiful and totally fit for purpose. They have been well looked after and polished to a beautiful patina. There are surface scratches and signs of wear, the interiors have been re tinned using the traditional hand wiped method so this can be a little uneven - totally fit for purpose!
These have been used extensively and 'run in' they will do exactly what you want them to do, they have all the patina of a set of pans that have been passed down through generations and look absolutely fantastic. You can be as brutal as you like with these and they will still look marvelous. There are some edge dents and surface indentations, surface scratches and signs of wear but the colour and the handles more than make up for the imperfections!
They have good sized volumes, you can feed a large family with these or use them in professional capacity. This is a proper Chef's set just the ones you need for your restaurant, hotel or catering kitchen. You can use this set for stock, saute, boiling, steaming, sauces, stews or as a gravy pot. These pans will 'sing' all day.
They measure 24cm, 22 cm, 20 cm, 16, cm and 14 cm and weigh a massive 6.2 kilos 13 lbs 3.7 ozs.
They have different thicknesses as they are hand made 24 cm 1.8mm 22cm 1.6mm 20cm 1.2mm 16cm 1.5mm 14cm 1.4mm
That is just over 9.5inches, just over 8.5, 8, 6.25 inches and 5.5 inches.
