This was "THE SHOW CLOSER" Our chef Shaw at Bayside restaurant made us our own VIP meal. Some oxtail, rice and peas and okra and fried plantains. This was a treat for our none Caribbean guest. We ate everything. It was so delicious. This chef also made us ackee and cod fish, fried dumplings, escovitch fish. This truly made our vacation memorable.
