Random post cos I need to let this out.
Like recently, due to Bon Appétit, Your Majesty kdrama... actor Jo Jaeyoon started getting a lot of public attention, and people had been saying that they were surprised that his character in the drama aka Tang Bailong turned out to be a good guy since Jo Jaeyoon often plays the bad guy.
And I was like.... whut? Tang Bailong wasn't the only good guy character that Jo Jaeyoon ever played. I mean... what about these characters?
Like these are the few I can recall immediately, so it's not like Jo Jaeyoon never played any good guy roles? (Okay, to be fair.... Cheolgyeon and Ma Bongcheol started as a 'bad guy'/ruffian character, but for the rest of their dramas, they did become good guys so that should count. Not his fault that his face fits the gangster archetypes.) And oh! Technically, 007 was more like a neutral character, but he's still not a villain, so I'm grouping him in the good characters category as well.
That said, I'm happy that Jo Jaeyoon started to get some recognition nowadays cos it's about time people know how good he is as an actor (regardless of whether he play villains or good characters). Cos yeah... he's very dedicated to playing his characters... if you can look at his character in DOTS.
