Her two mothers raised her into a dandori master, her willpower driven to fulfill the role of the Rescue Corps captain.
Mind you, her moms didn't want to pressure her into the role, Erma knows that pain all too well. But Chi-Chi has a natural passion to save others and train some pups! She ends up becoming the captain at a young age of 21!
Chi-Chi as a leader could be described as ruthless; she needs a trusty team who is on her level, she often goes hard on others in order to weed out the best candidates in the universe.
Her mothers are rather stunned by her no-nonsense nature but she does have a humorous side to her, she just needs the compatible people.
She was raised with her pup Bo-Bo, who was trained by Erma of course! Now her right hand pup for her missions. His small size doesn't matter, his agility is unmatched.
She calls Cherie "Momma Cher" and Erma "Momma Ermie"

Oh and another thing that surprises her moms is her style! She has a rather "cyberpunk" style and is much more akin to city life than her parents.
As for Erma and Cherie, upon Chi-Chi taking over the RC, they are retired, living on a ranch with retired rescue pups and having a dog-sufficient farm. No pressure on that of course! Cherie knows what that's like... It's just a little side hustle for the dogs to use up their energy.
