A starving artist, down-to-earth part timer for Sakurayashiki. But come sundown, she transforms into Bandit, Shadow’s punk lackey, forming the infamous Shadow Bandit duo of S.

Anxious | Cheerful | Gentle

Works from home and rarely leaves. Chronically broke so occasionally works different part time jobs. Very socially anxious so only really hangs out with Hiromi, whom got her into skateboarding in part to help with this. Only a few select people from S actually know Bandit’s true identity.

Nighttime Local Punk / Shadow’s Goon

Rude | Aloof | Reliable

Part of the “Shadow Bandit” duo who have a rep for being S’s resident “villains” (though Bandit has his own code includes not messing with kids). His skateboarding is simple and very solid. Usually foul mouthed, but Rei’s kind nature breaks character sometimes, accidentally earning him a small fanbase.

In a rush to get to S, Hiromi fails to warn Rei beforehand who’s in the car...

RT: Hiromi-kun! You good to head to S? H: Rei-chan-! RT: I just have to- H: SH!SH!SH! RK: WAIT... RK: This is Bandit?! RT: WHA-What are these kids doing here!???

(after switching seats...)

RT: Sorry for some of the stuff I said! It’s all acting tho, y’know? Like heels in wrestling-! AAA this is embarrassing//// ALL: (She’s completely different) RT: Now that you guys know, could you please keep it a secret? RT: If you don’t...(voice drops) I’d hate to threaten a bunch of kids. ALL: (There’s Bandit!)

After work one day, Kaoru takes Rei a little off guard...

R: Now that work is over, are you going to S tonight? K: I was planning to go. R: Good, then get ready to taste defeat! K: Are you really that excited to lose again? Your reputation is suffering R: (voice drops) T-That just means I’m gonna look that much cooler when I win tonight. K: (chuckles) Alright, then I’ll accept your challenge. R: !? R: Y-Yeah, get ready for it!
