Is there any sort of picture limit? Some people are really spamming the dash and making it harder to find anything other than their pictures

As a collective, we currently do not have a limit as to how many photos our members are allowed to reblog. However, we do suggest that our members try to keep it between three to five (3 - 5) per day; this is to limit and prevent picture spam on the dashboard.

You are not required to follow every tenant on the masterlist, though we highly encouraged you to follow everyone within the compound as they are, after all, your fellow neighbors.

Is it possible to change the type of apartment one has AFTER they've moved in? e.g. the current flat is a studio apartment and the tenant already living there want to upgrade it to a one bedroom apartment.

Yes, you are allowed to switch apartments types to suit your muse’s needs. Also, if you said you’d live alone in your application, but are interested in or have a roommate in mind, you are allowed to change the number of people living in that apartment.

Would a somewhat darker muse fit in here? I know there's a certain tone with this place but I didn't want to discredit it completely. Would anyone even want a less innocent muse around?

We state clearly in the guidelines that IC drama is welcome and encouraged, but once it crosses the border, we’ll intervene and in case the warnings are overlooked, the violator will end up removed from the collective. 

In the lobby (aim group chat), we watch the language and conduct of the tenants to ensure it’s appropriate for minors and does not make the majority of the tenants uncomfortable. For more, refer to our aim guidelines.

To answer your question, a darker muse is more than welcome, but you need to get the consent of muse’s typist whom you are planning to attack in a way or another and keep us informed if this is something that will take place in the group chat. 

Keep in mind this is an apartment complex that is home to a range of different people so make sure your muse’s behavior is realistic. A muse who goes around spitting in everyone’s face will not be welcome in real life. The same applies to rp.

Do the rooms also have balconies?

Unfortunately, none of the rooms have balconies. Please refer to our building page for a list of amenities and apartment floorplans.

Quick question, is it possible to have three tenants in a two bedroom apartment or is it restricted to just two?

As mentioned in our FAQ, you are allowed to have more than two people per room. If you want to have a roommate or two, by all means go for it-- rent will be cheaper that way. It is, however, recommended that no more than 2 to 4 people reside in a room because more than that can cause havoc and your living space may become crowded.

this is probably kind of a stupid question but what does Idolverse mean? I'm new in this things lmao

Here at Cheonguk, Idol Verse is the same as being a general or semi-au muse.This means the character you would be portraying and having live at the complex is either a current idol / celebrity (General) or has a background in being an idol / celebrity (Semi-AU).

Is there an application for tenants wanting to move in with each other?

Please just send in the name of the tenants and the room number you want to move into together. Make sure you’ve talked it out in between both of you!
