Add some heat to your burgers with these three chili pepper burgers. They're very spicy and tasty, so people who like their burgers with a kick will love them. When diced chili peppers and spicy sauce are put together, they make this burger even better.
Ingredients: 3/4 lb ground beef. 3 chili peppers, diced. 1/2 onion, finely chopped. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons ketchup. 1 tablespoon hot sauce. Salt and pepper to taste. 3 burger buns. Lettuce leaves and tomato slices for garnish.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, diced chili peppers, chopped onion, salt, and pepper. Divide the mixture into three equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Preheat a grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat. Grill the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked to your desired level of doneness. During the last minute of grilling, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and allow it to melt. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and hot sauce to make the spicy sauce. Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until lightly browned. Spread the spicy sauce on the bottom half of each bun. Place a lettuce leaf on top of the sauce, followed by a burger patty with melted cheese. Add tomato slices and more diced chili peppers for extra heat if desired. Top with the other half of the bun, and your 3 Chili Pepper Burgers are ready to serve!
