Wine Wednesday! This is the Red Txakoli called Stimatum (Esteemed) by Ameztoi. It’s a 100% Hondarribi Beltza, fermented with indigenous yeast in stainless steel with skin contact for 20 days. It is bottled with residual carbonation. It’s fresh with cranberry, raspberry, sour cherry and a touch of bramble.
