Ingredients: 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, diced. 1/2 cup soy sauce. 1/4 cup hoisin sauce. 1/4 cup rice vinegar. 3 tablespoons brown sugar. 2 tablespoons sesame oil. 1 tablespoon ginger, minced. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes. 1/2 cup water. 2 tablespoons cornstarch. 3 green onions, sliced. 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, for garnish.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and crushed red pepper flakes.
