Most Gentiana species have blue flowers, this is the only pink one I know of. Gentiana rubicunda, native to central and western China. This one is from Sichuan.

木芙蓉/Confederate Rose (Hibiscus mutabilis), a hibiscus originated in China. It is a deciduous small tree which flowers in autumn and the flower changes colour from white to pink and then to dark red from morning to afternoon. In ancient Sichuan, there was a king ordered this hibiscus to be planted all over the capital city of Chengdu, just to please his favourite concubine. That's how Chengdu gained its nickname 'the city of hibiscus' . Today, it is still the flora emblem of Chengdu, and there are numerous cultivars of it. For some reason, it is not very popular outside China, at least I don't remember I have seen it here in Melbourne.
