I need a simple favour. Somethings not right and I don’t like it but I can’t lay my finger on it” said Chipper, “I can’t tell if this is just a normal shindig or we’re up against a viper who’s lured us into ’er nest. What’s need is some way to gain the upper ‘and, and you ‘appen to ‘ave something that’ll render me invisible to the upper class.” For the next few minutes the table occasionally shook and bumped before out crawled Pasty wearing Desmond’s fancy blue jacket, the seams straining against the half-orc’s back and arms, followed by Chip in a loose fitting waiters uniform.
“That’s better, you go ‘ave a dance and hit the buffet but keep an ear out ok? I’m gonna see what’s really going on.” And with a quick secret-handshake, the two friends parted into the crowd. Pasty winked and made a pistol-finger motion to Chipper. “No worries Chip, even your best mates won’t realize I’m not you.” Pasty turned on his heel and moved into the larger body of the gala crowd.
