Some purchases from today:
•four Ouachita blackberry plants
•four blueberry plants (two patriot, two blueray)
•eight gladiolus bulbs
•three lily bulbs (double tiger orange)
•three phlox roots and three rudbeckia roots
•seeds! Ferrari bush beans, mouse melon, ice Queen lettuce, Hale’s best jumbo cantaloupe, honey and cream corn, silver n gold corn, white Lisbon onion, red burgundy okra
I also got my potatoes in the mail and set them up in some pans in a cool downstairs window to chit. Hopefully that goes well! I’m going to need to find someone to give some of these seed potatoes away to, I definitely don’t have room to plant all of these in my garden. My friend is probably going to take a couple and I might be able to give some away to my aunts or coworkers.

I wasn’t feeling so great today mentally (I’ve got burnout from school work and life in general) so these purchases were definitely a bit impulsive (except the potatoes, I ordered those a while ago and planned extensively). I’m happy with them nonetheless! They were mostly things I’ve been wanting to get/grow but either haven’t gotten or told myself to wait until next year so I didn’t overwhelm myself with more than I could manage garden-wise. Oh well! Looks like they are happening this year! And if I don’t manage with the seeds, I always have next year!
