A Day At The Beach (Open RP)

It was a rarity for Sazh to get a day off these days. With the Oerba restoration project going on, he was often being called to play people and good to and forth from various places.

He didn't mind the work - it was all for two of his close friends, after all - but it sure made the old man tired. So to sit on the beach in New Bodhum and watch his son playing in the water with a couple of his friends made Sazh smile. It was a nice way to relax and wind down. 

He heard the soft patting of footsteps behind him, and turned his head slightly in acknowledgement, although he did not look back fully - he needed to keep an eye on Dajh at the same time.

"Beautiful weather today, isn't it? Come to take a bit of a break like I have?"

"What the...Nabaat?"

A bad day just got worse.

He hadn't been in the best of moods already, as it were. There wan't any particular reason for this, other than being tired. Then again, a tired Sazh wasn't a happy Sazh.

But the sight of the blonde before him had sent chills down his spine. He remembered this woman well, for once upon a time not too long ago, she had been the cause of his despair. She had managed to keep father and son separated, all the while experimenting on Dajh and effectively turning him against Sazh. She was also the one who had turned him temporarily against Vanille, and had almost led him to his suicide before capturing the two of them. 

Yes, hate is a strong word, but it was the only word Sazh found fitting when it came to describing how he felt about this woman. It took all his willpower to not shoot her on the spot.

"Why couldn't you have just remained dead, Nabaat, or did you even die at all? Why have you come here?"
