Hoy probé esta clase que es un derivado de Salsation y estuvo muy chuza. Indiferentemente de si bailo bien o no, estas clases las hago por el simple hecho que me gustan y como dijeron por ahí es parte de mi "happy place". He was a #choreography & #choreology genius. I feel blessed & honored to have been alive to learn his #breaks #handSnaps & #amoebaStyle while he was developing them I feel blessed beyond the moon to have arbitrarily run into #BobFosse & #dustinHoffman as they were rehearsing for #Lenny & I got lost looking for a restroom during a visit to Miami. I am often sadden at the personal critiques & attacks on a man not here to defend himself & give his side of the story. 33 yrs after he left us on 09/23/87, the best Hollywood could do was @fosseverdonfx At least he left us with #AllThatJazz which gave us a better snapshot into the meal ticket he was for his parents & how he never learned to truly love. The best story teller will always be be individual who lived it. #samrockwell & michellewilliams did great jobs in their portrayals. #royscheider did it BEST. He wasn't a dancer & extra work & training had to be put into molding him into the role. I've always felt Gwen Verdon rode on Fosse's coat tails. The real talent in his life will always be #AnnReinking She can dance, arabesque, pirouette, & grand jetté Verdon under the table any day. RIP ... Retiré in Porté Bob.
