Chorus plants consist of 2 parts, the stem & flower. Clearly, the fruit is not included in this, as the plant is specified.
Chorus Stems are this and fibrous, with a slightly sour taste, while the flowers are lighter and fluffy. The stems have a texture of dry celery, while the flowers are similar to roses. Only eat the petals, though! Some people have reported black and purple splotches on their skin after eating the pistils and stamens, with their limbs elongating. There are no sources for this, just a few weird guys i explored a Nether Fortress with, telling me an 8th hand story.
ANYWAY! They're okay, but the fruit is better. Remind me and I'll rate the fruit, too.
