I sometimes wonder what the difference is between, say, a little magazine, a chapbook, and a zine. Here’s an answer (one of many, I hope) from someone who should know. This time it’s Chris Dodge.

“‘Little magazine’ means to me an ultra-small-circulation literary serial produced on a shoestring (simple production values, poetry etc.) Typical pagination: 32–40. Typical trim size: digest.

‘Chapbook’: a pamphlet-length monographic literary production—one might say a one-shot version of a little magazine. Typical pagination: 16–32.

Zine: — well, you know. I tend to not use the word when either ‘little magazine’ or ‘chapbook’ apply, but others might call these ‘litzines,’ ‘poetry zines,’ ‘one-off zines,’ etc.”

Spazz - Sweatin' II: Deported Live Dwarf Tape

I think I don't need to say anything about this band, people that follow me because they enjoy the music I do will know it. This tape was released by 625 Thrashcore so it is not a bootleg, it contains the bands first LP "Dwarf Jester Rising" their split with Subversion and a Live Radio Show with a total of 35 songs.
