Just some random doodles from a couple of years ago! Also practicing his smirk.

Ignore the lack of the presence of the tattoo here.... It'd be a nightmare to add in.

#4; tattoos

True to form, every aspect of his tattoos has a deliberate meaning for him:

The facial tattoo marks him as who he is, so that no one else gets mistaken for him — as there once was a horrid event when someone was killed as a result.

Every leaf is a revolutionary he had either a brief or impersonal but still in some form impactful relationship or interaction with who died or went missing in action because of his direct involvement.

Every flower is a memento of a lost person he had a deeper, important and meaningful connection with; his mother is the spider lily on his neck, Luffy's mother is the ranunculus above his right pec, Luffy is the chrysanthemum on the elbow, Crocodile is the chrysanthemum on his left side, Sakazuki is the chrysanthemum on his back — and the four anemones on his left shoulder symbolise Shamrock, Clover, a founding RA member who died early and the first Chief of Staff who was killed in action.

The orange honey bee on his back on Sakazuki's chrysanthemum symbolises resilience and survival & the "Anger is an energy" inscription in the middle of his back is a maxim that serves as an unseen reminder to himself that his past can be a strength.

EDIT: Forgot to mention that the tattoo keeps getting made bigger, with new leaves always added whenever he loses a revolutionary that made an impact on him! The newest part is the leaves and vine reaching from his wrist to his hand.
