Misfit Conference
So, I had the opportunity to go to the Misfit Conference at Christ Tabernacle last week with my youth group and I wrote this little speech to share at church tonight:
First off, I would like to thank my Heavenly Father for giving me such an wonderful opportunity to not just experience New York and fellowship with my fellow seniors, but also to get to know Him more and hear from Him.
I am totally mind blown about this weekend and the things that the Holy Spirit allowed to happen. I am completely speechless when describing how I felt, for I have no words to express my feelings towards this weekend.
All I can say is that without a doubt in my mind, the Lord spoke to me. He told me that whatever He tells me to do to be obedient to it, even if that is moving to New York. So, at the moment I am listening to His voice and taking what I learned from the Misfit Conference and obeying His command.
By the way, the Misfit Book is phenomenal in case you haven’t heard.
