It’s November! You know what that means?
It’s time to pre order the Christmas KFC!
I’m not even joking. Thankfully I live in a rural area so I don’t have to worry about rushing to get my pre order in before they’re sold out. Which is actually totally a thing.
It’s for my husband. I don’t like KFC all that much. But it’s tradition in Japan. I’ll be baking a Christmas Cake as well. And, when I stop by to pick up the KFC, I’ll pick myself up some McDonalds too. Because the biscuits at KFC Japan are dry as hell and suck, they don’t have mashed potatoes, and their fries are actually fairly decent but they give you damn near none. And I don’t like chicken.
It’s more expensive to get the Christmas chicken from KFC than the local grocery store, but it’s easier. There’s a website and everything, which is very nice. At the grocery store there’s a piece of paper with some messy handwriting that’s hell for me to read. Convenience is worth the money in this case.
