it’s like something needs to be active on the video like putting my mouse there and moving it constantly on the video or putting it there but if i wait to long and the mouse were to change or dissappear the screen goes black. having an ad on the video keeps it up like a little banner add and putting the ‘stats for nerds’ thing on top of the video keeps it up it’s like something needs to be active in the playing window or it just makes everything go black and it’s just for chrome what the hell is going on

So... is anyone else having trouble uploading photos to tumblr ever since Chrome pushed through its most recent update?  Y’know, the one where, when you right click to open a new window Chrome disables it because it’s a ‘pop-up?’  :-/  I’ve turned THAT part off, but it’s still not letting me upload images.  I KNOW it’s specifically a Chrome issue, because uploading photos through IE works just fine.  And I know it’s not JUST a tumblr thing, because I couldn’t upload an image to Pinterest either.  Any suggestions, y’all?

I’m getting an issue where if I click on a link in a description on youtube, it redirects me to the youtube home page and briefly flashes a youtube redirect url to the website I clicked on. 

In the gif I made, I’m clicking on the ed.ted.com link in the description of this video. The problem isn’t limited to this video nor this link. I’ve tried it on other videos leading to a facebook or twitter page. If I click “copy link address” it gives me something like this: https://www.youtube.com/redirect?q=http%3A%2F%2Fed.ted.com%2Flessons%2Fwhat-percentage-of-your-brain-do-you-use-richard-e-cytowic&event=video_description&v=5NubJ2ThK_U&redir_token=4Hhp9eDaU01Ng6ZJKmPXfLL8k_V8MTUwNjY1MTU5MUAxNTA2NTY1MTkx

If I paste that into chrome, I’ll simply get redirected to the youtube homepage. If I paste it into firefox or microsoft edge, it sends me to a youtube page that says “the previous page is sending you to [URL], if you do not want to visit that page, you can [return to youtube]”

But clicking on links in descriptions on youtube using firefox or microsoft edge does not open a youtube page but rather sends me directly to the link in a new tab. Is there a way to fix this?

does anyone know how to undo the chrome update that made the tabs/bars so big? because they’re giving me a headache and i cant figure out how to make them small?

I just got a new computer, and for some reason the Google Chrome address bar is ridiculously tiny. I’ve been trying to find a solution online and coming up empty. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I've tried looking on my own in the browser, and I've tried googling for it with no real luck; can anyone point me in the direction of how to export bookmarks to an HTML file FROM Chrome to copy to another computer's Chrome? I see where to import such a file, but can't for the life of me figure out how to export the file. (I can also import the bookmarks from other browsers on a local computer, but that doesn't help in this case.)
