Some days, my brain feels like it’s wrapped in a thick cloud.
I forget why I walked into a room.
I lose my train of thought halfway through a sentence.
I read the same paragraph over and over before it finally makes sense.
That’s brain fog.
It’s one of those invisible symptoms that people often don’t see, but it can affect every part of daily life. It isn’t laziness, a lack of intelligence, or not trying hard enough. It’s a real symptom that many people living with chronic illness face.
If this is something you experience, I hope you know you’re not alone. Give yourself grace on the foggy days. The clear ones will come again.
💜 Question: What’s the funniest (or most frustrating) brain fog moment you’ve had?
