I’m simply NUTS 🥜 about porridge 🥣(sorry 🙈) today my dairy and gluten free porridge is full of pecans! 🥜 Pecans are a pretty good way to top your porridge in the morning! Packed full of high unsaturated fat, just one handful a day can lower bad cholesterol (which must be better than taking pills!) 🥜 They include at least 19 great vitamins and minerals! Think of them as the multivitamin of the nut world. I love them as they help to boost my immune system which is always a bit rubbish since having #fibromyalgia 🥜 Not to mention they are age defying.
