The album featured two Top 10 hits: "An Old Fashioned Love Song" (U.S. #4) and a cover version of Hoyt Axton's "Never Been to Spain" (U.S. #5). “Joy to the World: Their Greatest Hits” is the twelfth album by Three Dog Night, released in 1974. It is the follow-up compilation to Golden Bisquits, consisting of eleven (out of twelve) charted hits from the group's previous four studio albums. #threedognight ‘s original recordings were released by ABC Dunhill Records. In 1973, executives at ABC Dunhill (Jay Lasker is usually blamed) decided to discard all of their multi-track recordings and mono masters to save storage space in a cost-cutting measure. Formed in 1967, founding members consisted of vocalists #dannyhutton #corywells and #chucknegron .
