Gave Chuka Soba (standard Tokyo shoyu ramen) workshop yesterday. Participant enjoyed very much. The soup of Chuka Soba consists of the combination of chicken bouillon and fish bouillon, flavoured with Japanese soysauce. This style is the basic ramen for me since I was a little child in Tokyo. I haven't seen this standard ramen soup in this country (some restaurants tried to cook this style but seems not succeeded) thus I have to cook by myself. Customers who chose this workshop were already went to Tokyo, and they already knew this taste.
