It seems, I’ve met a lot of artists from New Jersey this year! Along with the amazing rolling landscapes that I recall driving through, there are some wonderful ceramicist’s in this state; Case in point in Jen Stein. Just look at these amazing roulettes! She hand carved each stamp in a round pattern to fit the size of the vessel she intends to use it on. WOW! The vision to think in the round, let alone see this vision to its fruition if absolutely amazing to me. I really recommend bringing a piece of Jen’s pottery into your home. They are heirloom quality, a conversation piece, and actually FUNctional! Jen utilizes foodsafe glazes in her work. The only thing better would be if they served you breakfast in bed!
