No, please answer why you decided to add the polyamory option. Why all of a sudden? What will it add? Is it necessary for the plot? For character development? Are there not enough romantic solo options? Why?
Ok, so I did interpret this tone correctly the first time -_-
Something that is sudden to you, the reader, is not necessarily at all sudden for the writer. It's on my list of things I decided yes on in 2022 because I've been mulling over the Gabe/Curt poly for over 1 year and I've been mulling over the Gabe/Kile one for over 2 years. Mulling over, for me, looks like literal hundreds of words of brainstorming, notes, talking to myself in Story Plotter, and weighing workload vs. value.
It will add polyamorous romance options for the MC.
None of the romances in the game are necessary for the plot.
None of the romances in the game are necessary for character development.
There's way too many solo romantic options but I am a ho who loves love???
Because I want to, anon. Because ideas for both of those romances have been coming to me unprovoked for years. Because these ships make sense. Because I love the small bits I have already written. Because I think these poly romances will be worth reading. Because I love queer relationships. Because the sex scenes will be fire.
